The Highlights so far

Through the adversity of 2020, we got off to a strong start:

  • We completed a full renovation on a large detached home in Eaton, Norwich.
  • We constructed five new-build townhouses in the Norwich city centre.
  • We acquired a further site in Norwich for eight premium barn-style detached homes. This project is now in full swing, with demolition beginning in January 2025.

What we do

New Builds

Lily Terrace, Norwich. We completed 5 contemporary townhouses in the heart of the city – now all sold.

Renovations

In 2020 we completed this full internal and external modernisation. The external skin was replaced with vintage red brickwork and aluminium replacement windows. The original double garage was reconstructed into a large triple multi-use garage.

Conversions

West Farm Barns, Thorpe St. Andrews. Planning permission was granted December 2024 and development is now under way.
